Do I need to do anything before you come?
No. We bring everything we need. However, the less clutter and personal items laying about, the better we are able to do our job. We don’t know where your stuff goes, so we will either guess or leave it neatly stacked. If you leave clean sheets on the bed, we will change them for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, or Zelle.
Do I need to be home? Do I need to be gone?
We can clean whether you are home or not (provided you have given us a key or access code.)
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes!
How long in advance do I need to schedule?
The short answer is as soon as possible. We may be able to get you in at the last minute, but we may not.
Who will come? Will it be the same people every time?
Possibly, but we can’t guarantee this. We have multiple teams that are all highly trained and motivated to provide you the best service possible.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No!
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes!
